Sophia has 2 decades of experience teaching neurodiverse students and coaching neurodiverse colleagues. She is dedicated to facilitating cultural change within businesses to help them create work environments that are inclusive for the entire workforce.
Following a career in TV in Programme Making and Organisational Change, Fiona re-trained as a Adult Learning Teacher and has wide experience of teaching neuro-diverse students at college and university - enabling success and realising ambitions.
